MEDIA INQUIRIES
Thank you for your interest in Southern Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp Meeting Association. All Media requests including, but not limited to film projects, print articles, podcasts, or student requests need to be approved by the Camp's Public Relations Committee.
MEDIA APPROVAL REQUIRED
All media activities conducted on Camp grounds must receive approval prior to filming, photography, interviews, audio recording, publication activities, or other media-related projects.
Media inquiries are initially reviewed by the Camp's Public Relations Committee. As a nonprofit organization, Southern Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp relies heavily on volunteers, and applicants should allow a minimum of four weeks for review and processing.
Requests may also require approval by the Board of Trustees, which meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month.

Media requests are reviewed by both the Public Relations Committee and the Board of Trustees. Because this process requires time for review and approval, requests should be submitted at least four weeks prior to any planned filming, photography, interviews, publications, podcasts, or other media-related activities.
