Anita’s spiritual
path was the best of both worlds. She came from a home where her father was a
Southern Baptist Deacon and her mother was mediumistic. Her mother, being the
dutiful wife, took a backseat to her father’s religion. Anita’s grandmother and
great grandmother also had mediumistic and psychic abilities and were shared
within the family and others who needed information and help. Anita’s
grandmother did on occasion take Anita with her to spiritualist meetings where
she was introduced to hands on healing and healing with herbs.
Due to a severe physical
accident at
the age of eight and not having been expected to survive, Anita had a Near Death
Experience. After that, Anita began to see Spirit regularly, much to her
father’s dismay! Being introduced to her Guardian or Main Guide was actually
the beginning of Anita’s quest into Spiritualism. This experience stuck with
her throughout her life and was actually the beginning of her quest into
Spiritualism.
Living daily with readings
from her mother, Anita still visited Cassadaga throughout her life for
direction. Anita did a considerable amount of reading on Spiritualism for many,
many years before finally deciding to continue down her spiritual path and
develop her abilities.
Since becoming certified
in the SCSCMA as a Certified Medium and at a Level III Healing Level, Anita will
now continue her mother’s family’s legacy of helping others. Being able to help
others by giving them information from Spirit regarding their situations and
their life path at this time in their lives and bringing loved ones from the
other side is as fulfilling for Anita as it is for the client.
